Braised Short Ribs Jardinière over Smashed Potatoes    

Seasonal braised short ribs with carrots, celery, onions and peas in a burgundy gravy over mashed potatoes.

Chicken Taglia Tele Verda tossed with Pasta                   

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, onions, ham and spinach in a sherry alfredo sauce tossed with pasta

Salmon Florentine (French Style) over Pasta 

Fresh salmon filet dipped in egg batter sautéed with lemon, sherry and parmesan served over spinach and pasta

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi with Mushroom Goat Cheese    
Fresh mahi mahi filet served over asparagus with a side of rice

Scallops Primavera Over Pasta                                          

Sautéed deep sea scallops with garden vegetables and mushrooms in a garlic sherry wine sauce over pasta.    

Balsamic Shrimp with Brussels and Bacon      

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, onions and brussel sprouts in a sherry balsamic sauce served with rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                        

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
