Thursday Dinner Features

Entrees: 
Pecan Crusted Mahi Mahi           
Fresh pecan crusted Mahi Mahi filet pan seared and served with asparagus spears and mango citrus salsa

Far East Stockyard                                                  
Ginger soy marinated stockyard sirloin presented with rice pilaf, broccoli and a light wasabi butter sauce

Scallops and Mushrooms
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with portobello and shiitake mushrooms served with pasta and herb cream sauce finished with asiago cheese

Stuffed Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp stuffed with (surimi) crabmeat, spinach, artichoke hearts and parmesan cheese wrapped in bacon and fried, served asparagus spears and mashed potatoes; finished with avocado hollandaise 

Bayou Chicken & Pasta 
Boneless chicken breast and chorizo sausage sautéed with peppers, onions and black beans tossed with pasta in cajun tomato wine sauce 

Tuscan Chicken 
Boneless herb crusted chicken breast pan seared with tomatoes, arugula and garlic served with smoked cheddar mashed potatoes and white wine sauce 

Fresh Broiled Haddock                            

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
