Dinner Features for Saturday July 5th

Herb Crusted Sirloin Medallions
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions pan seared in an herb crust, with portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions and roasted red peppers, served with pasta and a Marsala pan sauce

Fresco Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops broiled in lemon and wine, presented with a sauté of fresh vegetables drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and basil

Shrimp Scampi
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms and tomatoes tossed with pasta in a garlic butter sauce, finished with asiago cheese  

Ahi Tropicale
Fresh ahi tuna steak grilled with jerk spices and finished with a mango pineapple salsa, presented with steamed spinach

Chicken Santa Fe
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with black beans, corn, tomatoes and onions served over rice pilaf    

Gerald’s Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with garlic, herbs and tomatoes served over asparagus spears in a sauce beurre blanc

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
