Dinner Features for Tuesday July 1st

Montreal Grilled Ribeye
14oz. bone in Ribeye steak char grilled with Montréal seasonings and finished with a spicy mushroom tarragon mustard sauce, accompanied by a baked potato with a dollop of Cajun sour cream

Grilled Sirloin Scampi
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions char grilled to order and topped with a mushroom onion scampi sauce, served with a twice baked potato

Chicken Santa Fe
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon, pepperoncini, tomatoes, bell peppers and onions in a spicy garlic sauce, finished with cheddar cheese, salsa, Cajun sour cream and crispy tortilla chips

Scallops ala Romano
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms, artichokes, broccoli and kalamata olives in a garlic lemon white wine sauce, served over pasta

Shrimp Verda
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with fresh spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes and zucchini in a garlic lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta

Salmon French
Fresh salmon filet pan seared in an parmesan egg batter with broccoli, served over pasta in a lemon sherry wine sauce and finished with asiago cheese    

Rosemary Mango Mahi Mahi
Fresh Mahi Mahi filet pan seared and topped with a rosemary mango salsa, served over wild rice

Summer’s Wonton Shrimp Salad
Mixed greens topped with our crispy wonton covered shrimp, fresh mozzarella cheese, oranges, mango, tomato, avocado and onion served with your choice of dressing

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
