Dinner Features for Wednesday July 2nd


Portobello Balsamic Sirloin
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions char grilled to perfection, topped with balsamic seared portobello mushrooms and served over rosemary roasted red pepper smashed potatoes  

Basil Feta Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms, tomatoes, zucchini, kalamata olives and fresh basil in a garlic white wine sauce, tossed with pasta and finished with feta cheese  

Shrimp Primavera
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with surimi crabmeat, mushrooms and mixed garden vegetables in a garlic sherry parmesan sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Citrus Mango Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak char grilled to order and topped with a citrus mango rosemary salsa, served with wild rice and asparagus spears  

Chicken Diane
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms and onions in a Dijon peppercorn sauce, served over rice pilaf

Chicken Monte Carlo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with Italian sausage, tomatoes, zucchini and artichokes in a garlic sherry lemon wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
