Dinner Features for Tuesday July 22nd

Pan Seared Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared and topped with fresh cilantro mango apple salsa presented over a Greek orzo salad and asparagus spears

Steak Au Poivre
Stockyard Sirloin steak properly seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with a Dijon scallion peppercorn sauce and a twice baked potato

Shrimp French
Black tiger jumbo shrimp dipped in egg and sautéed with fresh broccoli in a lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta

Scallops Aglio E Olio
Deep sea scallops sautéed with broccoli, zucchini, kalamata olives and spinach in a garlic white wine sauce, tossed with pasta

Jerk Chicken Salad
Jerk marinated chicken skewers presented over fresh greens with tomatoes, oranges, pineapples, onions and fresh mozzarella cheese, finished with a strawberry balsamic dressing

Chicken Italian
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with eggplant, tomatoes, peppers, onions and mushrooms in garlic basil white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
