Dinner Features for Thursday July 10th

Steakhouse Sirloin
Your choice of twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions or a 10 ounce stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, presented with garlic mushrooms and smoked cheddar mashed potatoes  

Herb Crust Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust and presented with strawberry hollandaise and asparagus spears

Citrus Apple Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with walnuts and rosemary, presented with a citrus apple salsa and rice pilaf

Scallops Provençal
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with spinach, olives and onions tossed with pasta in a garlic wine sauce, finished with feta cheese

Garlic Lime Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp marinated and grilled presented with sautéed broccoli, toasted almonds and fresh basil, served with pasta and finished with a lime butter sauce

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Broiled Mahi Mahi filet pan seared with an orange ginger crust, served with a vegetable medley, steamed rice and a sesame butter sauce

Cracked Pepper Barbeque Burger
Half pound burger char grilled to order and topped with cheddar cheese, garlic mushrooms and barbeque bacon, served on a roll with beer battered fries

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
