Dinner Features for Sunday July 20th


New England Mussels
Dozen fresh New England mussels steamed with roasted tomatoes, garlic and wine, served with rice and a garlic crostini: Try it with Rohrbach’s Highland Lager

Mankind’s Leap Beef
Seasoned stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order, presented with brie cheese and herb au jus accompanied by a twice baked potato;  Try it with Rohrbach’s Scotch Ale

Shrimp Salad
Grilled marinated shrimp presented over mixed greens with onions, strawberries, almonds, crasins with choice of salad dressing: Try it with Rohrbach’s California IPA

Stuffed Salmon
Salmon filet stuffed with surimi crabmeat and spinach pan seared and oven finished with an oatmeal crust served over rice pilaf with sherry butter sauce 

Pecan Seared Ahi
Pecan crusted ahi tuna steak pan seared, served with chilled champagne macerated mango and house tabbouleh  

Chick James
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with cracked pepper bbq glazed bacon tomatoes and onions served over mashed potatoes with smoked cheddar cheese sauce: Try it with Rohrbach’s Railroad IPA

Ma Bell’s Chicken
Pan fried chicken breast with sweet potatoes, fresh herb, mushrooms and scallions finished with peppercorn barbecue drizzle

Highlander Burger
Our ½lb. burger char grilled to perfection, topped with grilled fresh pineapple, gruyere cheese and sliced ham, served on a fresh baked seeded roll with lettuce, onions with sweet potato French fries

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
