Dinner Features for July 26th


Mediterranean Arugula Snapper Salad
Marinated red snapper filet char grilled and presented over a fresh Mediterranean arugula salad, topped with feta cheese

Pan Seared Sirloin Medallions
Two 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions pan seared with mushrooms and onions and baked with brie cheese and tomato garlic jam, served with rosemary roasted red pepper mashed potatoes

Sesame Seared Ahi
Sushi grade orange sesame crusted tuna steak pan seared to order with mushrooms and carrots, served over rice pilaf with chilled wasabi cream

Herb Crust Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared in an herb crust with shiitake mushrooms, artichoke hearts and arugula finished with brown butter, presented with asparagus spears and topped with asiago cheese

Caribbean Shrimp and Chicken
Jerk marinated shrimp and chicken sautéed with fresh mangoes, baby spinach, cherry tomatoes and onions finished with a habanero lime sauce and served with rice pilaf  

Barbeque Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan fried with bacon, corn and scallions in a cracked pepper barbecue sauce, served with mashed potatoes and smoked cheddar cheese (Try it with Rohrbach’s Scotch Ale)

Chicken Cacciatore
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers and onions tossed with pasta in an herb marinara sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
