Dinner Features for Tuesday July 29th

Pecan Crusted Mahi Mahi
Fresh Mahi Mahi filet pan seared with a pecan crust, served over baby arugula and rice pilaf with a strawberry basil cream sauce

Char Grilled Stockyard
House seasoned stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order, topped with a mushroom sherry sauce and asiago cheese, presented over bruschetta and served with a twice baked potato

Parmesan Basil Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms, tomatoes, carrots and zucchini in a garlic sherry parmesan sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

Shitake Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with shitake mushrooms, artichokes, sun dried tomatoes and broccoli in a garlic sherry cream sauce, served over pasta

Chicken Provençal
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, tomatoes, kalamata olives, peppers and onions in a garlic basil white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese 

Herb Crust Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust and topped with a tomato cucumber relish, served over asparagus spears

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
