Dinner Features for Wednesday July 30th

Fresh Mahi Mahi filet broiled and stuffed with surimi crabmeat, artichoke hearts and spinach, served with a cucumber tomato salsa over rice pilaf

Spicy seasoned stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order, served over salsa cheddar smashed potatoes with Cajun asiago bruschetta

Fresh ahi tuna steak char grilled with jerk spices served over fresh asparagus spears with rice pilaf and finished with a citrus mango salsa

Pesto Scallops Verde Alfredo
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with fresh spinach, broccoli and zucchini in a light pesto Alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta

Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with shitake, portobello and button mushrooms in a garlic sherry cream sauce, served over pasta

Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a pecan crust, served over garlic seared arugula with a strawberry basil cream sauce and a side of rice pilaf
