Dinner Features for Wednesday July 23rd


Rosemary Normandy Scallops
Deep sea scallops sautéed with apples, shiitake mushrooms and artichokes in a zesty lemon rosemary white wine sauce, served over wild rice

Jerk Shrimp and Chicken Tropical Salad
Jerk marinated shrimp and chicken skewers char grilled and presented over fresh greens with mangoes, pineapples, vine ripe tomatoes, onions and toasted almonds finished with a strawberry basil balsamic dressing

Sicilian Stockyard Sirloin
Stockyard Sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, dusted with seasoned bread crumbs and topped with sautéed mushrooms and onions, served over roasted red pepper rosemary smashed potatoes and finished with asiago cheese

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Mahi mahi filet pan seared and served with a fresh cilantro mango apple salsa and presented over asparagus spears  

Garlic Basil Ahi Tuna & Vine Ripened Tomato Salad
Ahi tuna steak char grilled to order with a garlic olive oil rub, presented over a vine ripe tomato cucumber salad with and fresh basil  

Chicken Lambrusco
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with ham, mushrooms, eggplant, artichokes and spinach in a garlic lemon sherry wine sauce served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
