Dinner Features for Saturday July 12th

Beef Bordelaise
Your choice of stockyard sirloin or sirloin medallions char grilled to perfection finished with bordelaise sauce and parmesan mashed potatoes

Seafood Puff Pastry
A blend of deep sea scallops, haddock, surimi crabmeat and spinach baked in a puff pastry, served with New England mussels and asparagus spears, finished with sauce bĂ©arnaise  

Scallops du Chef
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with leeks, garlic and basil tossed with pasta in a lemon wine sauce

Southwest Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp seared with Cajun spices and served with cilantro, chorizo, tomatoes, black beans and rice with a dollop of guacamole and sour cream

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi pan seared with artichoke hearts and sun dried tomatoes, served over pasta in a lemon butter sauce  

Banana Bread Crusted Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in a banana bread crust with apples, walnuts and onions, finished with a rosemary butter sauce and served with mashed sweet potatoes     

Orzo Chicken Salad
Boneless chicken breast pan fried and presented over a savory spinach orzo salad

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
