Dinner Features for Monday June 30th


Strawberry Balsamic Steak
Your choice of twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions or a 14 ounce bone-in Ribeye steak char grilled to order, topped with caramelized onions, finished with strawberry balsamic glaze and served with a twice baked potato

Scallops Lafayette
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared and topped with Cajun sour cream, served over rice pilaf

Shrimp Milano
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with mushrooms and peas in a white wine garlic sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Fresh Grilled Salmon
Fresh grilled salmon filet served with a spicy mustard sauce and asparagus spears  

Smothered Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed and smothered with bacon, caramelized onions and cheddar cheese, served with mashed potatoes  

Herb Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust and served with chorizo chutney and wild rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
