Dinner Features Friday, June 27

Bone-in Ribeye                                  
14oz. bone in Ribeye char grilled and presented with marinated chèvre and spicy tomato jam, accompanied by roasted potatoes

Pan Seared Ahi Salad               
Ahi tuna steak pan seared with a rosemary panko crust, presented over mixed greens with candied pecans, vine repined tomatoes, Bermuda onions and broccoli florets with a strawberry balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Levantine Scallops          
Lightly seasoned deep sea scallops delicately pan seared presented with rice pilaf, toasted pita chips and roasted red pepper hummus

Salmon Inception                              
Lightly marinated salmon filet char grilled, presented over a salmon hash with roasted garlic sour cream

Sherry Shrimp   
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with caramelized onions and Applewood smoked bacon, served with a sherry parmesan orzo pasta

Chicken Milanesa                     
Boneless chicken breast pan fried in garlic infused olive oil served with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes and asiago cheese; finished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

Lemon Chicken              
Chicken breast sautéed with yellow squash, artichoke hearts and tomatoes, tossed with pasta in a lemon wine sauce

 Fish Fry        
Breaded or beer battered haddock

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                   

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
