Dinner Features for Saturday June 21st

Seafood Primavera
Scallops and salmon sautéed with mushrooms, zucchini, summer squash and carrots in a creamy parmesan sauce, served over pasta

Dijon Peppercorn Stockyard
1o ounce beef stockyard sirloin char grilled to order, topped with caramelized onions and finished with a Dijon peppercorn sauce, accompanied by a twice baked potato

Tomato Lime Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared in a tomato lime sauce, served over wild rice

Shrimp Alfredo
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with garlic and served over egg noodles with Alfredo sauce

Fusion Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with a garlic soy pan sauce, topped with a fresh pineapple salsa and served with asparagus spears  

Chicken Fresco
Boneless chicken breast sautéed and topped with spinach, roasted red peppers and melted mozzarella cheese, served with mashed potatoes  

Chicken Piccata
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in a white wine lemon caper sauce, served with rice pilaf

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
