Dinner Features for Saturday June 14th

Grilled Steak Rustico
Your choice of 1o ounce beef stockyard sirloin or a 14 ounce t-bone steak properly seasoned and char grilled to order, served with sautéed pancetta, brussel sprouts and caramelized onions and accompanied by a twice baked potato

Grilled Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna lightly marinated and grilled to order, presented with a chilled black bean tomato spinach orzo pasta and finished with a strawberry mango gastrique

Scallops Barbeque
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with bacon infused olive oil,  apples, corn, peppers and onions served with honey barbeque sauce and garlic mashed potatoes

Sun Dried Tomato Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with zucchini and mushrooms tossed with pasta in a sun dried tomato cream sauce

Fusion Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with a sesame chili crust, served with broccoli over rice pilaf and finished with a peanut ginger soy glaze 

Linguini Vongole
Littleneck clams tossed with pasta and white or spicy red clam sauce 

Chicken Florentine
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a garlic spinach sauce and served with brie cheese and mashed potatoes

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter

Damien’s Brunch Burger
Half pound burger char grilled to order and topped with cheddar cheese, bacon, a sunny side up egg and hollandaise sauce, serve on a roll with lettuce, tomatoes and a side of home fries
