Dinner Features for Wednesday June 25th

Grilled Sirloin Pomodoro
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions seasoned and char grilled to order, presented with pasta Pomodoro and fresh mozzarella cheese

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared with a panko crust, served with a warn bacon corn salsa and asparagus spears

Scallops Choron
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with mushrooms, shallots and capers served with sauce Choron and mashed potatoes   

Lemon Dill Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with asparagus and tomatoes, tossed with pasta in a dill lemon butter sauce

Classic Chicken
Boneless chicken breast and mirepoix ragout sautéed with poblano garlic oil, served with a tomato jalapeño jam and roasted potatoes   

Chicken & Wild Mushrooms
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with a blend of wild mushrooms and tossed with pasta in a bleu cheese cream sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
