Dinner Features for Tuesday June 17th


Appetizer:
Saganaki
A sliced wedge of Kefalotyri cheese lightly sautéed in lemon and sherry, served with warm pita
 
Entrees:
Montréal Grilled Stockyard Steak
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Montréal seasonings, topped with crispy onion straws and melted brie cheese, served with a chipotle mushrooms sauce and a twice baked potato 
Stuffed Mahi Mahi
Fresh broiled mahi mahi filet stuffed with spinach, surimi crabmeat and asiago cheese, served over rice pilaf with asparagus spears and finished with a pineapple caper sauce
Curry Ahi Tuna Steak
Fresh ahi tuna steak grilled to order and served with a curried vegetable medley and rice pilaf, finished with sweet red peppers and sesame seeds 
Garlic Seafood
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with scallops, salmon, crabmeat and little neck clams in a white wine garlic sauce, served over pasta   
Chicken Scampi
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, artichokes, onions and scallions in a garlic lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese  
Herb Crust Chicken
Boneless herb crusted chicken breast sautéed with portobello mushrooms, sweet corn and onions in a sun dried tomato basil sherry wine sauce, served over ziti   
Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
