Friday Dinner features June 13

Angus T-one Steak                           
14oz. T-Bone steak lightly seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with a sun dried tomato mashed potato and Berkley street onion straws

Pan Seared Mahi               
Chili sesame crusted mahi mahi pan seared, served with broccoli and mushrooms with a peanut ginger soy glaze 

Cape Cod little neck clams, shrimp, haddock and scallops simmered with garlic roasted vegetables in a rich tomato broth, served with garlic toast

Grilled Salmon Salad                          
Cajun seasoned char grilled salmon filet served atop a chilled black bean, tomato & orzo spinach salad

Shrimp Fresca   
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with yellow squash, rosemary and tomatoes, tossed with pasta in a light lemon wine sauce with feta cheese

Beurre Brun Chicken                 
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with caramelized onions, brussel sprouts and pancetta tossed with pasta in brown butter sauce

Chicken Tarragon                 
Chicken breast pan sautéed with portobello mushrooms, shallots and sweet peppers, presented with rice pilaf and tarragon cream sauce

Fish Fry          
Breaded or beer battered haddock

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                       

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
