Dinner Features for Wednesday June 18th


Appetizer:
Saganaki
A sliced wedge of Kefalotyri cheese lightly sautéed in lemon and sherry, served with warm pita
Entrees:
Grilled Stockyard Steak
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with a wild mushroom chipotle garlic sauce and served with a twice baked potato  

Pan Seared Rosemary Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared and topped with a rosemary caper orange sauce, served over asparagus spears with rice pilaf

Scallops Angelina
Dry packed deep sea scallops broiled with tomatoes in a garlic lemon Marsala wine sauce, topped with melted mozzarella cheese and served with rice pilaf 

Shrimp Carbonara
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with bacon, onions, peas and mushrooms, tossed with pasta in a light Alfredo sauce

Chicken Italian
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with eggplant, tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers and onions in a garlic basil white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese    

Chicken Ala Romano
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with surimi crabmeat, mushrooms, broccoli, artichoke hearts and kalamata olives tossed with pasta in pesto sauce

Island Cottage Beef Melt
Grilled sourdough bread with roast beef, brie cheese and roasted peppers and onions, drizzled with an avocado ranch dressing and served with sweet potato fries

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
