Friday Dinner Features August 1

Festival Mahi Mahi                               
Mahi Mahi filet Pan seared with caramelized apples, served with mashed sweet potatoes and brown butter

Montreal Stockyard                                
10oz. Montréal seasoned stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order; presented with a warmed wild mushroom and cherry tomato arugula salad. 

Herb Ahi Tuna
Ahi tuna steak pan seared to order with an herb crust; presented over mixed greens with toasted almonds, craisins, strawberries, onions and sweet peppers, drizzled with fresh seasonal berry vinaigrette

Dijon Scallops                 
Deep sea scallops pan seared with portobellos and caramelized onions; tossed with pasta in sherry Dijon cream sauce

Shrimp Sesame   
Sesame crusted shrimp pan seared with julienned carrots, presented over wilted spinach with light wasabi butter sauce

Chicken French              
Boneless egg battered chicken breast sautéed with broccoli florets in lemon sherry wine sauce served over pastry with asiago cheese

Chicken Oscar              
 Herb crusted boneless chicken breast sautéed with surimi crab meat, sweet peas and cracked black pepper served over asparagus spears with avocado hollandaise sauce.

 Fish Fry        
Breaded or beer battered haddock

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                       

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
