Dinner Features for August 11th

Twin sirloin medallions char grilled to order, served with brie cheese and demi glace; accompanied by a twice baked potato

Garlic Seafood
Deep sea scallops, fresh mussels, chopped clams and claw crab meat sautéed with mirepoix served over angel hair pasta in garlic wine sauce

Nexus Mahi
Char grilled Mahi Mahi served over asparagus spears with strawberry mango salsa

Mediterranean Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with spinach, kalamata olives and garlic in a sun dried tomato sherry pan sauce tossed with pasta

Herb Chicken Salad
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb panko crust, served atop mixed greens with candied pecans, toasted almonds, vine ripened tomatoes and red onions drizzled with mixed berry vinaigrette  

Chicken Stirfry
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with cabbage, mixed vegetables and shiitake mushrooms, served over rice pilaf in teriyaki sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
