Dinner Features for August 31st


Scallops au Citron                                                                                       
Lemon herb crusted scallops pan seared with tomatoes and asparagus tossed with pasta in white wine caper sauce
 
Grilled Mahi Mahi                                      
Lightly seasoned and char grilled mahi mahi presented with pasta aglio olio and asiago cheese
 
Kick off Shrimp    
Jumbo shrimp broiled with sherry, almonds, poached apples, onions, butter and nutmeg served over rice pilaf
 
Texan Mixed Grill                                                                       
Seasoned 3oz. sirloin medallion char grilled to order, served with brie cheese and root beer barbecue sauce; Paired with a Cajun seared salmon filet topped with sliced avocado and black bean corn salsa accompanied by rice pilaf
 
Chicken Rustica                                                                              
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with prosciutto and sweet peas tossed with pasta in garlic cream sauce

Boneless chicken herb crusted chicken breast pan fried; served over cracked pepper mashed potatoes finished with bacon corn butter sauce
 
Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                                         
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
