Dinner Features for September 2nd

Scallops Chorizo                                                           

Deep Sea scallops sautéed with chorizo sausage, served with asparagus spears


Seafood Primavera                                      

Norwegian salmon and ahi grade tuna simmered with summer vegetables in a white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with parmesan cheese


Baja Shrimp            

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with Italian sausage, red bell peppers and onions served over rice pilaf and topped with avocado slices


Stockyard Ranchero                                                           

Ten ounce beef stockyard sirloin char grilled to order and topped with our own ranchero sauce, served with mashed potatoes


Chicken Vino                                          

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with zucchini, sun dried tomatoes and artichokes in a white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese


Barbeque Bacon Chicken                                                     

Boneless chicken breast sautéed and topped with caramelized onions, bacon barbeque sauce and cheddar cheese, served with mashed potatoes  


Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                            
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
