Monday Dinner Features Spetmeber 15

Sea Scallops & Mussels                    
Deep sea scallops and Mussels simmered in a tomato, onion, basil, white wine sauce over pasta.



Beef Stockyard & Brie Cheese                               
10 oz. seasoned stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order topped with sliced brie cheese,
a mushroom gravy and served with a twice baked potato.



Pancetta Tiger Shrimp   
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with Pancetta ham, spinach and sun-dried tomatoes in a sherry cream sauce over rice.



Strawberry Pineapple Mahi                    
Grilled Mahi topped with a pineapple-strawberry salsa over rice pilaf.



Herb Crusted Chicken                 
Pan-seared herb crusted chicken breast over cheddar-garlic mashed potatoes topped with
a ranchero sauce.



Chicken Squash     
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with diced tomatoes and zucchini in a white wine butter sauce with penne pasta.

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                       

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
