Thursday, September 11 Dinner Features

Entrees:
Herb Grilled Sirloin Medallions                                  
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions char grilled with herb seasonings, baked with brie cheese and served with a sauté of eggplant, pepperoncini and onions served with 2 arancini and marinara

Scallops Livorno                                                      
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with shiitake mushrooms, capers and escarole tossed with pasta in garlic butter

Shrimp Napoli                                         
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with tomatoes, onions and basil served with pasta and fresh mozzarella cheese in spicy marinara

Fall Grilled Ahi                                              
Sushi grade ahi tuna steak marinated and char grilled to order, presented with spiced apple orzo salad 

Pollo con Crema di Cavolfiore              
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with rosemary and sun dried tomatoes tossed with pasta in roasted cauliflower cream sauce

 Harvest Chicken     
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mixed vegetables and roasted potatoes finished with sherry butter and asiago cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                                 

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
