Dinner Features for September 7th

Second Down Scallops           

Dry packed scallops sautéed with eggplant, scallions, sun dried tomatoes and olives served over rice pilaf with herb butter sauce and asiago cheese


Spillers Mahi Mahi       

Mahi Mahi char grilled served with a sauté of escarole, garlic and roasted red peppers finished with rosemary garlic butter


First Down Shrimp                                                                         

Jumbo shrimp pan seared with prosciutto, peas and onions served with garlic parmesan orzo


Defense Medallions

Twin 3 oz. sirloin medallions char grilled to order, presented with garlic toast and brie cheese with wild mushroom demi glace accompanied by a twice baked potato



Turnover Chicken   

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mirepoix, served over pasta with tomato crème sauce   


Red Zone Chicken  

Chicken breast sautéed with peppers, onions, bacon and tomatoes served with pasta in a Cajun wine pan sauce


Fresh Broiled Haddock                                 

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
