Dinner Features for September 3rd

        Scallops Fra Diavolo
Deep Sea scallops sautéed with chorizo sausage, peppers, onions and tomatoes in a spicy marinara sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared and topped with a tomato caper relish, served over asparagus spears with rice pilaf

Shrimp du Chef
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with portobello mushrooms, onions and red sweet peppers in a lemon garlic sauce, served over rice pilaf   

Montréal Stockyard Béarnaise
Ten ounce beef stockyard sirloin char grilled with Montréal seasonings and topped with sauce béarnaise, served with a twice baked potato

Salmon French
Norwegian salmon dipped in egg batter and sautéed in lemon butter sherry wine sauce, served over pasta with fresh broccoli and finished with asiago cheese

Chicken Lambrusco
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with prosciutto, mushrooms, artichokes and fresh spinach in a garlic wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

Chicken Carbonara
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon, sweet peas, mushrooms and onions tossed with pasta in a light Alfredo sauce   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
