Dinner Features for September 9th


Scallops Vegetable Medley
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with mixed garden vegetables in a sun dried tomato basil cream sauce, served over pasta

Mahi Mahi Hollandaise
Fresh pan seared Mahi Mahi topped with a sweet pepper zucchini hollandaise and presented over fresh asparagus spears, served with a side of rice pilaf

Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with a garlic lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Herb Grilled Stockyard Steak
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with herb seasonings, topped a mushroom rosemary garlic sauce and presented over oven roasted potatoes

Chicken Portobello
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with portobello mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and scallions in a sherry garlic sauce, served over rice pilaf    

Tuscan Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with prosciutto, eggplant, mushrooms, tomatoes, fresh spinach and onions in a spicy garlic wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
