Dinner Features for September 10th


Herb Grilled Sirloin Medallions
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions char grilled with herb seasonings, served with sautéed eggplant, onions and garlic and homemade arancini with tomato sauce

Chicken Parcero
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with tomatoes, capers, olives and scallions with a white wine butter sauce, served over rice pilaf

Tuscan Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with escarole, olives, sun dried tomatoes and fresh rosemary in a lemon wine sauce, served with oven roasted potatoes

Scallops Classico
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with a pecan crust, presented with roasted cauliflower stuffed shiitake mushrooms and a light tomato cream

Shrimp Vegetali
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with a medley of fresh vegetables, tossed with pasta in a sherry butter sauce and finished with asiago cheese

Pecan Crusted Ahi
Fresh ahi tuna steak pan seared with a pecan herb crust, served with a spiced apple cranberry orzo salad  

Seafood Primavera
Scallops, salmon and shrimp with fresh basil and tomatoes served over pasta in a spicy wine sauce, finished with asiago cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
