Dinner Features for August 26th

Scallops Seafood Medley                                                                                                                                                                                

Panko crusted deep sea scallops sautéed with chopped clams, surimi crabmeat and haddock in a garlic sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with parmesan cheese


Rosemary Dijon Shrimp           

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with portobello mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and zucchini in a rosemary Dijon sauce, served over rice pilaf

Fresh scarlet snapper broiled in lemon and white wine, served over orzo pasta sautéed with garlic, parmesan tomatoes and fresh spinach

Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Italian seasonings and finished with fresh tomatoes, fresh basil and fresh mozzarella cheese, presented over garlic bread and served with a twice baked potato

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms and garden vegetables in a garlic basil white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta and finished with parmesan cheese


Chicken Basil Cream                                                              

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh spinach, mushrooms and artichoke hearts in an basil cream sauce, served over pasta


Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
