Dinner Features for August 12th


Char Grilled Stockyard Steak
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order, topped with a sun dried tomato basil cream sauce and presented over bruschetta, accompanied by a twice baked potato

Seafood Fra Diavolo
Deep sea scallops, chopped clams and claw crab meat sautéed with peppers and onions served over angel hair pasta in a spicy marinara sauce

Mahi Mahi Dijon
Mahi Mahi filet pan seared and topped with a tarragon Dijon sauce, served over asparagus

Shrimp & Crab Scampi
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with surimi crabmeat, mushrooms and fresh spinach in a lemon garlic wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Chicken Portobello
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with portobello mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes in a basil Madeira wine sauce, served with rice pilaf

Chicken Primavera
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with garden vegetables and shiitake mushrooms, in a garlic sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
