Dinner Features for August 5th


Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
10oz. stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order, topped with caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms and melted asiago cheese accompanied by a twice baked potato

Tropical Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared and topped with a mango citrus salsa, served over rice pilaf with asparagus spears

Cajun Scallops Alfredo
Deep sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms, tomatoes, yellow and green squash in a light Cajun Alfredo sauce tossed with pasta

Scallops Angelina
Deep sea scallops broiled with tomatoes in a garlic Marsala sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese, served with a side of rice pilaf  

Shrimp & Tomato Verde
Jumbo tiger shrimp sautéed with zucchini, tomatoes, broccoli and fresh spinach in a garlic basil white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Chicken Tempura
Boneless chicken breast in a crispy batter, presented over teriyaki seared cabbage with carrots and red bell peppers served with broccoli and rice pilaf, finished with sesame seeds

Chicken Italian
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, peppers, onions and broccoli in a garlic basil marinara served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
