Dinner Features for August 30th


Apple Almond Scallops                                                               

Deep sea scallops pan seared with apples, onions and garlic served with rice pilaf and finished with almond butter

 

Grilled Barbeque Stockyard                                                   

Ten ounce beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, served with brie cheese, root beer barbeque sauce and cracked pepper mashed potatoes

 

Grilled Ahi Tuna                                

Marinated ahi tuna steak grilled to order with a lemon herb crust, served with sautéed greens

 

Shrimp Casino      

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with Italian sausage, mushrooms, peppers and onions tossed with pasta in a spicy marinara sauce

 

Salmon Saltimbocca                                                                      

Fresh chef trimmed salmon filet pan seared with prosciutto, escarole and tomatoes served over pasta in a lemon wine sauce and finished with asiago cheese  

 

Chicken Rosemary                                                   

Boneless seasoned chicken breast sautéed with vegetable medley with a rosemary butter sauce 

 

Baja Chicken                                               

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with spinach and roasted red peppers tossed with pasta in a roasted corn & bacon wine sauce

 

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                         

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
