Friday Dinner Features August 29

Entrees:
Scallops & Fresh Basil w/Tomato Ziti Verde                   
Deep sea scallops pan seared with tomatoes, zucchini, tomatoes, broccoli and fresh basil in a lite asiago tomato cream sauce

Montreal Grilled Stockyard                             
10oz Montréal dry rubbed stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order; served topped with sautéed mushrooms, roasted red peppers, onions and melted mozzarella cheese, accompanied by a twice baked potato

Broiled Mahi              
Mahi Mahi broiled in Chablis and lemon juice served over fresh asparagus spears with rosemary Dijon butter

Shrimp & Wild Mushroom Scampi  
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with button, shiitake and portobello mushrooms served over pasta in lemon garlic sherry wine sauce finished with asiago cheese

Pan Seared Salmon                            
Jerk seasoned salmon filet pan seared; presented over grilled vegetables with caper tarragon cream sauce

Chicken Saltimbocca                 
Boneless seasoned chicken breast sautéed with prosciutto, kalamata olives, mushrooms and escarole in a lemon wine sauce topped with asiago cheese over pasta. 

Chicken Monte Carlo              
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with tomatoes, artichoke hearts, Italian sausage and zucchini severed over pasta in a zesty wine sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                      
 Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
