Dinner Features for August 6th


Montréal Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
10oz. stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order, presented over basil parmesan smashed potatoes with asparagus spears finished with a tarragon hollandaise  

Fresh Broiled Stuffed Salmon
Salmon filet stuffed with spinach, broccoli, onions and feta cheese broiled and presented over fresh mango rosemary sauce and served with rice pilaf

Scallops & Broccoli Asiago
Deep sea scallops sautéed with broccoli, zucchini and fresh spinach in a white wine sun dried tomato asiago cream sauce served over pasta

Grilled Ahi Tuna Steak
Fresh ahi tuna steak grilled to order and topped with an olive tomato caper tapenade, served over asparagus spears with rice pilaf

Shrimp Key West
Jumbo tiger shrimp sautéed with pineapple, tomatoes, artichoke hearts and scallions in a garlic sherry wine sauce, served over pasta

Chicken & Crabmeat Stir Fry
Boneless chicken breast stir fried with surimi crabmeat, mushrooms and garden vegetables in a ginger teriyaki sauce served over rice pilaf and finished with sesame seeds  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
