Dinner Features for Saturday November 30th


Rosemary Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with tomatoes and mushrooms, tossed with pasta in a fennel rosemary sauce   

Peanut Scallops & Pork
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with shredded pork, scallions, sweet peppers and garlic in a soy peanut sauce, served with rice pilaf

Beef Caprese
9 oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak seared with a panko crust and topped with layers of fresh basil, fresh mozzarella cheese and tomato slices, finished with a drizzle of honey balsamic glaze and served with roasted butternut squash

Fresh Grilled Walleye
Fresh seasoned and grilled Walleye presented with pesto sour cream and fresh asparagus

Ahi Tuna Tropicale
Ahi grade tuna steak grilled with jerk seasonings and topped with a banana cream sauce, served over rice pilaf  

Pecan Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a pecan herb crust, sautéed with bacon and onions and tossed with pasta in a parmesan butter sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
