Dinner Features for Tuesday November 26th

Rustic Mixed Grille
A 3 ounce beef sirloin medallion grilled to order and presented over a bed of spinach, topped with a balsamic glaze paired with a petite grilled walleye filet served over creamy asiago polenta and topped with fresh Bruschetta

Grilled Tuna
Ahi grade tuna steak char grilled to order, topped with lemon scallion crème fraîche and orzo pasta salad with shaved brussel sprouts

Bacon Scallion Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Beef Stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with bacon scallion asiago butter and served with asparagus spears and a twice baked potato  

Scallops Caprese
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, garlic and white wine tossed with pasta and topped with fresh basil

Garlic Lemon Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with spinach, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts and garlic in a lemon wine cream sauce, served over mashed potatoes

Mushroom Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with portobello, shiitake and button mushrooms with asparagus in a sherry cream sauce, served over mashed potatoes

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
