Dinner Features for Wednesday November 20th


Grilled Mahi Mahi
Fresh grilled mahi mahi filet presented with brussel sprouts sautéed with bacon, onions and garlic in a sherry cream sauce served with mashed potatoes

Bleu Balsamic Beef
Twin 3 ounce Beef Sirloin medallions char grilled to perfection and topped with crumbly bleu, presented on a bed of caramelized balsamic onions and served with mashed potatoes  

Scallops Gorgonzola
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with asparagus, mushrooms and roasted red peppers with a gorgonzola cream sauce served over wild rice

Shrimp Florentine
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with spinach, sun dried tomatoes and garlic in a parmesan white wine cream sauce, served with mashed potatoes

Rosemary Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with fresh rosemary, served with a sausage, sweet potato, caramelized onion apple hash

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter

Chocolate Pumpkin Bread Pudding:
Warm bread pudding in pumpkin custard served with chocolate chips and pecans, finished with whipped cream
