Dinner Features for Saturday November 9th


Shrimp Sherry
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with asparagus, mushrooms and artichokes in a sherry cream sauce, served over mashed potatoes

Rustic Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with Italian sausage, peppers and onions tossed with pasta in a white wine marinara pan sauce

Grilled Stockyard
9 oz. stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order, topped with a mushroom red wine sauce, served with bacon roasted brussel sprouts and a twice baked potato

Potato Crusted Salmon
Fresh chef trimmed salmon filet pan seared in a shaved potato crust, topped with a Dijon scallion cream sauce and served with asparagus spears

Balsamic Mahi Mahi
Mahi Mahi filet char grilled with roasted red peppers, drizzled with a balsamic glaze and served with mashed potatoes with sautéed spinach

Chicken French
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in an parmesan egg batter with artichoke hearts, served over pasta in a lemon sherry butter sauce    

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
