Dinner Features for Saturday November 16th


Rustic Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with fresh spinach, mushrooms, peppers and onions tossed with pasta in a white wine marinara sauce and finished with asiago cheese

Sherry Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with asparagus, mushrooms and artichokes in a sherry cream sauce, served over wild rice

Grilled Stockyard
9 oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order, served with spinach caramelized onion butternut cranberry hash

Mixed Grille
Fresh petit mahi mahi filet topped with balsamic onions and served over mashed potatoes paired with a beef sirloin medallion topped with a gorgonzola cream sauce and served over sautéed spinach

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Mahi Mahi filet pan seared with an onion wine sauce, topped with crispy onions and served with mashed potatoes

Southwest Chicken Salad
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with Tex-Mex spices presented over fresh mixed greens with avocadoes, tomato wedges, black bean corn salsa, crispy taco strips and homemade salsa ranch dressing    

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
