Dinner Features for Sunday November 24th

Lemon Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with roasted red peppers, spinach, garlic and mushrooms tossed with pasta in a lemon white wine cream sauce  

Scallops Pesto
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with garlic, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and asparagus tossed with pasta in a pesto cream sauce

Cranberry Stockyard
9 oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order and topped with a cranberry wine reduction, served with sweet potato caramelized onion sausage hash

Fresh Grilled Walleye
Fresh grilled Walleye topped with fresh tomato bruschetta and balsamic glaze, served with sautéed spinach and mashed potatoes  

Asian Tuna
Ahi grade tuna steak pan seared with a sesame seeds, peppers, onions, carrots and mushrooms with an orange ginger glaze over rice pilaf

Walnut Apple Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a walnut panko breading, topped with an apple reduction and served with mashed potatoes and bacon  onion brussel sprouts

Mushroom Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with asparagus shiitake and portobello mushrooms in a sherry cream sauce served over wild rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
