Dinner Features for Tuesday November 19th


Grilled Mahi Mahi
Fresh grilled mahi mahi filet topped with caramelized balsamic onions and served with sautéed spinach, roasted red peppers and wild rice
 
Steak Au Poivre
Twin 3 ounce Beef Sirloin medallions coated with crushed black peppercorns and pan seared with portobello and shiitake mushrooms in a sherry mustard cream sauce, served with asparagus spears and a twice baked potato  

Bistro Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with sautéed brussel sprouts, with bacon, garlic, onions and shallots topped with a lemon scallion crème fraîche and served with mashed potatoes

Shrimp Florentine
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with spinach, sun dried tomatoes and garlic in a parmesan white wine cream sauce, served with mashed potatoes

Garlic Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with garlic, spinach and artichokes in a white wine marinara sauce, tossed with pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter

Chocolate Pumpkin Bread Pudding:
Warm bread pudding in pumpkin custard served with chocolate chips and pecans
