Dinner Features for Wednesday November 27th

Tuna Roasted Red Pepper Florentine
Ahi grade tuna steak char grilled to order, topped with a spinach, roasted red pepper, asiago, garlic sauce and served with mashed potatoes

Bistro Sirloin Medallions
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions char grilled to perfection, topped with melted crumbly bleu and a balsamic glaze, served with sautéed spinach and a twice baked potato  

Scallops Caprese
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, garlic and white wine tossed with pasta and topped with fresh basil

Lemon Orzo Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared in a lemon wine sauce with orzo pasta, shaved brussel sprouts, red pepper, garlic and asiago cheese  

Chicken Cordon Bleu
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a panko crust and layered with Swiss cheese and ham, topped with a Dijon cream sauce and served with mashed potatoes and asparagus spears  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
