Scallops                                                                                                                     
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with asparagus and mushrooms tossed with pasta in a pesto blue cheese wine sauce

Grilled Mahi Mahi                     
Mahi Mahi filet char grilled, served with sautéed spinach and roasted red peppers with mashed potatoes topped with tomato caramelized onions and finished with a fresh basil oil drizzle

Mushroom Shrimp                                       
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with asparagus, mushrooms, portobello, shiitake and button mushrooms tossed with pasta in a sherry Dijon cream sauce

Sirloin Medallions
Twin 3 oz. sirloin medallions char grilled to order, served with balsamic onions and a gorgonzola cream sauce and twice baked potato

Panko Chicken
Boneless panko crusted chicken breast pan seared, served over asparagus spears and mashed potatoes topped  with a butternut pumpkin sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                    
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
