Dinner Features November 14


Beef Tenderloin Medallions                                        
Grilled twin 3oz beef medallions drizzled with a balsamic glaze served with an asiago, tomato, potato au gratin.    

Mediterranean Ahi Tuna                                                                                                                        
Grilled Ahi tuna steak topped with a melted Mediterranean mix (tomatoes, olives, basil, basil, fresh mozzarella) over mashed potatoes, drizzled with a fresh basil oil.    

Lemon Sea Scallops                               
Sautéed Sea Scallops with garlic roasted red peppers, mushrooms and spinach in a lemon white wine sauce tossed in pasta, sprinkled with asiago cheese.

South West Tiger Shrimp                                         
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with a black bean corn salsa, peppers and onions with an avocado sour cream, served with rice pilaf and scallions.


Autumn Crusted Mahi                                                                                                                                                                    
Pan-seared Panko and pecan crusted Mahi with apples, butternut squash, orzo pasta and an apple gravy.

Cacciatore Chicken                                                                                            
Pan-seared chicken breast with garlic, peppers, onions, tomatoes and basil in a red wine and marinara sauce over mashed potatoes

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                                                                                             

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
