Dinner Features for Saturday November 23rd

Lemon Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with fresh spinach, mushrooms, roasted red peppers and garlic in a white wine lemon cream sauce served over mashed potatoes  

Scallops Marinara
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with mushrooms, peppers, onions and garlic in a marinara pan sauce, served with pasta

Cranberry Stockyard
9 oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order and topped with a cranberry wine reduction, served with sweet potato caramelized onion sausage hash

Fresh Grilled Walleye
Fresh grilled Walleye topped with Bruschetta and balsamic glaze, served with sautéed spinach and wild rice

Asian Sesame Orange Tuna Salad
Ahi grade tuna steak pan seared with a sesame crust and presented over fresh mixed greens with almonds, carrots, peppers and onion tossed in an orange ginger dressing

Walnut Apple Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a walnut panko breading, topped with an apple reduction and served with mashed potatoes and asparagus spears

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
