Dinner Features for Tuesday December 3rd

Almond Crust Tuna
Ahi grade tuna steak pan seared with an almond crust, topped with a Guinness ® demi glace and served with asparagus spears and a sweet potato butternut puree  

Tex Mex Beef Medallions
Twin beef sirloin medallions char grilled with tex mex spices, topped with a dollop of lime sour cream and served with dirty rice and sautéed peppers, onions, corn and scallions

Lemon Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with fresh spinach, artichoke hearts and garlic in a lemon cream sauce, tossed with pasta

Orange Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with almonds, mushrooms, broccoli, and bell peppers in a sesame orange soy glaze served over white rice  

Dijon Chicken
Boneless panko crusted chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms, asparagus and roasted red peppers, topped with a white wine Dijon cream sauce and served with mashed potatoes

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
