Dinner Features for Sunday December 15th


Ahi Tuna
Sushi grade corn meal crusted ahi tuna steak pan seared with roasted red peppers, onions and sweet peas served with diced potatoes and scallion sour cream

Scallops Angelina
Dry packed deep sea scallops broiled with tomatoes and bacon in white wine served over rice pilaf with feta cheese   

Holiday Stockyard
Seasoned 10oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order finished with a candied pecan crust, presented with a twice baked potato and carrot puree

Mediterranean Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with garlic, chick peas, olives, onions and celery served in white wine herb broth with toasted pita points

Santa Fe Chicken
Boneless Cajun seasoned chicken breast, sautéed with black beans and corn served with wild rice and sweet tomato cream sauce  

Balsamic Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with sun dried tomatoes, raisins and scallions tossed with pasta and smoked gouda cheese with a balsamic reduction

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
